Timothy Berry, a beloved member of the Louisville, Kentucky community, tragically lost his life in a senseless act of violence on October 15, 2024.
Known for his infectious laughter and kind heart, Timothy was only 35 years old at the time of his untimely death.
His passing has left a profound void in the lives of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Timothy was born and raised in Louisville, where he developed a deep appreciation for his hometown and its rich culture.
He graduated from Ballard High School, where he was not only a dedicated student but also a star athlete on the basketball team.
After completing his education, Timothy pursued a career in the construction industry, where he quickly gained a reputation for his hard work and integrity.
His colleagues respected him, and he was often described as a mentor to younger workers, always willing to lend a helping hand or share his knowledge.
Outside of work, Timothy was passionate about giving back to the community.
He volunteered at local charities, worked with youth sports programs, and organized community events that brought people together.
His vibrant spirit and unwavering dedication to making a difference were an inspiration to many.
Timothy is survived by his loving parents, James and Linda Berry; his sister, Sarah; and his two cherished children, Ella and Jacob.
The family is devastated by this loss and seeks comfort in the memories of his warm smile, generous heart, and the joy he brought to those around him.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 21, at 2 PM at the First Baptist Church of Louisville, where family and friends are invited to celebrate Timothy's life.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a local charity in Timothy’s honor, ensuring his legacy of kindness and community service lives on.
